Description
Tushpa’s red is made from estate grown Haghtanak grapes. The wine is fermented in steel tanks using cultured yeasts and aged for a year in Arsakh oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Deep purple to the rim. Sweet oak on the nose which over time reveals a mix of herbs and plum fruit. Initially sour plum fruits on the palate with wild cherry and herbal elements emerging as the wine opens. A medium bodied, tannic but well balanced wine. A very good expression of Haghtanak.
