Tushpa’s white is made from estate grown Kangun grapes. The wine is cold fermented fermented in steel tanks using cultured yeasts and bottled without any time in wood.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color. Complex nose of pears and baking spices. Honeyed pear, floral and mineral notes on the palate with a slight mineral/quinine note on the finish. A nicely concentrated wine with good legs and a smooth finish. An amazing expression of what the Kangun grape can produce.
