Voskevaz gets its Muscat fruit from a parcel of old vines located near Etchmiadzin in Ararat Provence. The vineyard produces great fruit for both dry and sweet wines. When conditions are right, a late harvest dessert wine named Rosali is made. Rosali is made from 100% Muscat fruit, fermented in steel and bottled without any time in oak.
Tasting Notes: Golden amber color. Complex nose of caramel, dried fruit and flowers. Notes of raisins and nuts on the palate. Sweet, but bolstered by good acidity, this dessert wine is not cloying at all. A nice complex finish where all the flavor notes linger. Great as dessert or serve with with fruit or caramel flavored sweets.
