Founded by Zorik Gharibian, Zorah was one of the early pioneers determined to make world-class wines in Armenia. Located near the pre-historic Areni wine making caves, Zorah Wines are dedicated to making Armenian wines using both traditional and modern methods. Karasí, Zorah’s first red wine is aged in clay karas vessels.
In 2012 Bloomberg News named Zorah’s 2010 Karsaí a wine of the year. This was the first Armenian wine to receive significant international recognition.
